FAQs
Yes. We offer discounted pricing for salons, spas, gyms, and wellness professionals. Bulk orders will be priced according to the number of units ordered, shipping location, and weight.
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You may exchange or return it within 7 days from the date you receive your order with your original receipt. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds.
If items are received damaged, defective, or if there is any item missing from your order, you must immediately claim these damages or missing items within 5 days of receiving your order. If damaged, defective, or missing items are not claimed within the given period, Secure Snap Towels will not be responsible for refunding or replacing these items.
